Booking terms

Version v1, effective 8 September 2026. These terms apply to every session booked through this site. The contracting party is Belgards Pty Ltd.

Payment

  1. Sessions are paid in full at the time of booking through Stripe. No deposits or instalments are offered.
  2. Payments are not refundable. Belgards Studio does not offer refunds for change of mind, non-attendance or late arrival.
  3. Optional upgrades may be added and paid for until the session starts.

Moving a booking

  1. A booking may be moved to another available time for the same session, without charge, up to 24 hours before the booked start time (studio local time). After that point the booking cannot be moved by the client.
  2. A booking may be transferred to another person by email invitation from the client account at any time before the session. The recipient must accept within 72 hours. No money changes hands through the studio.
  3. The studio may release a booking without refund where the client does not attend.
